Die sich stauenden Wolken führen im Winter zu häufigem Schneefall, so dass der Ort für seine schneesichere Lage als „Schneeloch“ bekannt ist. Für die Höhe, auf der Reit im Winkl liegt (700 m) fällt hier am meisten Schnee in den ganzen Alpen. Ihre Unterkunft Unser Haus mit 7 schönen Ferienapartments liegt auf der Sonnenseite von Reit im Winkl mit Blick auf das großartige Kaisergebirge, direkt an der Langlaufloipe. Der Hausberglift und die Busstation, von wo aus der Bus Sie zu den Bergbahnstationen bringt, sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Alle Apartments haben sehr große Balkone mit Liegsetühlen oder Sitzmöbeln und kuscheligen Decken, sodass Sie die wunderbare Wintersonne auch außerhalb der Pisten genießen können. Unsere Ferienwohungen bieten in der Größe zwischen 30qm und ca. 84 qm Platz für 2-8 Personen und verfügen über eine gemütliche Einrichtung. The winter sports resort location is very well  known over its frontiers, lies in a valley and is surrounded by sheltering mountains in the south, the east and the north and is only open towards the west.Therefore accumulating clouds do create a lot of snow fall in the winter.This is why the location is very popular for its snow guarantee and is often called the „snow  whole“ of the alps. Reit im Winkl  lies at 700 meters a.s.l. and for this height the place has got  the most frequent snow fall in the whole area oft he alps. Your accomodation Our house has got 7 beautiful holiday apartments and is south-facing with views towards the brilliant  „Kaisergebirge“ mountains and lies directly at the cross-country ski run.The village´s house ski-lift and the bus station are in walking distance.From the bus station you can reach all the mountain railways nearby. All apartments do provide big balconies with canvas chairs or seating furniture with cosy blankets to enjoy the wonderful winter sun even being away from the ski piste. Our holiday apartments are all coming with comfortable appliance and are between 30 and 48 m2 big and offer space for 2-5 persons. We would be very happy welcoming you soon as our guests.
